Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth in social media management and media production sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design and pitch compelling proposals for commercial ads and photoshoots.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company s objectives and profitability targets.
  • Represent IMP-Imagine at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of new clients to account management and production teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in business development, preferably within media, advertising, or digital marketing industries. 

  • Strong understanding of social media management, media production, and commercial advertising landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, open-office environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools is a plus.
