Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with 3 5 years of proven experience in the interior fit-out and furniture manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and technical documents.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project alignment with client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand client base.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior fit-out, furniture, or related construction industries.
  • Strong network of contacts within the architecture, design, or construction sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fair in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales software tools.
