Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A. Opportunity Identification & Acquisition
Identify new business opportunities across sectors such as logistics, energy, telecom, healthcare, government, and infrastructure.
Conduct market scans and competitive analysis to inform commercial strategy.
Qualify opportunities based on revenue potential, regulatory feasibility, and alignment with company strategy.
Build and maintain an active opportunity pipeline and report progress regularly.
B. Client Relationship Development
Engage prospective and existing clients to understand needs, challenges, and service gaps.
Develop key account plans for strategic clients.
Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and professional relationship management.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored offerings and solutions.
C. Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
Initiate, negotiate, and structure cooperation frameworks such as:
Action Programs
Memorandums of Cooperation (MoCs)
Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs)
Engage governmental entities, regulators, technology partners, and industry leaders to build long-term collaboration channels.
Support high-level discussions, alignment workshops, and strategic business presentations.
D. Business Development Planning & Execution
Develop and implement business development action plans to meet quarterly and annual growth targets.
Support the preparation of proposals, EOIs, RFP responses, and commercial documentation.
Work with leadership to define pricing strategies, service offerings, and value propositions.
Contribute to commercial strategy development for new markets such as AAM, drone logistics, or digital services.
E. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with project, operations, and technical teams to ensure commercial offerings are feasible, cost effective, and aligned with capabilities.
Provide client input to support product development, operational improvement, and service innovation.
Support marketing and communication initiatives, such as promotional campaigns and partnership announcements.
F. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of engagements, partnership agreements, opportunities, and progress updates.
Prepare business cases, commercial summaries, and decision making briefs for management.
Ensure that all agreements (MoUs, MoCs) follow proper documentation and approval processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
spanMinimum Qualifications/span
- spanBachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, or related field/span
- spanCertification in business development, sales, or partnership management (preferred)/span
spanExperience/span
- span0 2 years of experience./span
- spanExperience in business development, logistics, drone sector, or technology solutions (preferred)./span
- spanExperience working with clients, partnership frameworks, or commercial negotiations is an advantage./span
spanJob-Specific Knowledge & Skills/span
- spanStrong communication and relationship building skills./span
- spanAbility to prepare MoUs, MoCs, and commercial documentation./span
- spanUnderstanding of the drone, logistics, or AAM ecosystem is a plus./span
- spanStrong research, analytical, and commercial planning skills./span
- spanAbility to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously./span
- spanProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and presentation development./span
