Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle from qualification to close and handover to Integration and development teams.
- Approach potential clients and new sales opportunities through various channels; outbound cold calls, emails, in-person visits, as well as inbound lead follow-ups
- Develop and execute a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline to support quarterly and annual goals.
- Researching and developing go-to-market strategies in local and international markets, including devising growth strategies
- Attend marketing activities to ensure and drive sales & assist in the preparation
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Must have a proven track record of sales or business development in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years of experience as a sales or key account manager at an HR consulting or Staffing Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex outsourcing deals.
- In-depth understanding of various outsourcing models
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
