Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Support outreach efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Engage with prospective clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings to introduce Tegrow s offerings.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and prospect information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on pipeline progress and key metrics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for business expansion.
- Assist in organizing and attending virtual events, webinars, and networking sessions.
- Provide administrative support to the business development and sales teams as needed.
- Strong interest in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable conducting research and analyzing data.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a proactive attitude.
- Availability to commit to the internship for the agreed-upon duration.
Desired Candidate Profile
Current enrollment in a Bachelor s or Master s program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
