Job Description
Pinerium is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to support our growth across the sectors of ICT Solutions, Low Current Systems, and Automation Solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology-driven industries, has a knack for client engagement, and is eager to develop skills in B2B solution selling.
The ideal candidate will contribute to identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in the sales cycle for infrastructure, smart system, and automation-based services and products.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities across ICT, Low Current, and Automation sectors.
Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and technical sales documents in collaboration with technical and sales engineers.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demos, and project discovery sessions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system (Zoho CRM preferred).
Follow up on open quotations, gather feedback, and support the closing of deals.
Build relationships with procurement departments, decision-makers, and project consultants.
Support the business development team with sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and campaign follow-ups.
Learn and understand Pinerium’s solutions in ICT infrastructure, low current security systems, and industrial automation to effectively communicate value to clients.
Attend exhibitions, webinars, and industry events to represent the company and identify partnership opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or pre-sales (technical fields preferred).
Interest or background in one or more of the following: structured cabling, networking, CCTV, access control, smart buildings, or automation systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
CRM experience (Zoho CRM is a plus).
Self-starter with a goal-oriented and curious mindset.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional communication tools.
Own laptop required.
