Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, initiating professional conversations, and helping create qualified meetings with market decision makers. You will understand and work with existing company data and all possible marketing channels as a key to support business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Excel and CRM data to identify and segment potential prospects
- Conduct professional outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Engage non-decision makers (team members, influencers) to:
- introduce relevant business ideas,
- validate relevance,
- and secure introductions to decision makers
- Create and publish LinkedIn content to support visibility and engagement
- Actively engage with target companies and stakeholders on LinkedIn
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare clear handoffs to the closing team
- Contribute ideas for LinkedIn advertising campaigns (targeting, messaging, value proposition)

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or B2B Outreach
Strong written communication, professional presentation skills, Organized, proactive, and accountable
Previous experience with software industry is a plus
Comfortable working with data, CRM tools, and LinkedIn
Able to communicate value without aggressive or transactional selling
Canva is a plus
