Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
Manage cost sheets, pricing, and profit margin analysis.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Legal teams to gather data.
Support tender submissions, RFP responses, and bid preparation.
Ensure contract terms compliance and maintain organized records.
Conduct market research and pricing analysis to guide business decisions.
Generate reports and summaries for management and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
3 5 years of experience in business development, commercial operations, or contract administration (preferably in recruitment, outsourcing, or services).
Strong knowledge of commercial terms, pricing structures, and contract management.
Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
