Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will generate and develop business opportunities for Ultimate Peaks services.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with business owners, founders, executives, and HR leaders
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Present Ultimate Peaks value proposition
- Arrange introductory meetings
- Follow up until opportunities reach a serious stage
- Coordinate with management during deal closure
Pricing, negotiation, and contract signing are handled by the company.

Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to independently source and qualify leads
Professional presence with senior stakeholders
Results-driven mindset and self-discipline
Familiarity with consulting, recruitment, HR, or B2B services is a plus
Existing network in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
