Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development / Digital Marketing

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit out sector.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, architects and contractors.

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets

  • Develop and Execute marketing strategies for Interior fit out work

  • Create content for various marketing channels including social media, email and website

  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions.
    Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our Interior Fit-Out capabilities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

  • Provide regular market analysis and feedback to the management team.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Conduct Marketing Calls to book appointments with potential Clients and make follow up Calls until relationship is established.

  • Call and personally visit potential, new and existing Customers to facilitate new Business and perform Presentation to Clients if necessary.

  • Maintain high profile in the Professional and Business community. Conduct Cold Calling, consultative Selling, Negotiating Contracts and forming alliance and partnership with Customers.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 Years experience in the Business Development and Marketing in the Interior fit out Industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully securing and managing projects

  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus

  • Excellent communication and Presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Experience in marketing within the interior design industry is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to interpret market research and data.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for design.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for digital marketing and business growth.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
