Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across events, media, and marketing services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client and company objectives

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns including Meta Ads and Google Ads

  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation

  • Manage social media platforms and campaign performance tracking

  • Present tailored solutions and handle end-to-end sales processes

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project and campaign execution

  • Achieve defined revenue and marketing performance targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and digital marketing

  • Strong understanding of client acquisition, sales pipelines, and conversion strategies

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented personality
