Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across events, media, and marketing services
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client and company objectives
Plan and manage paid campaigns including Meta Ads and Google Ads
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation
Manage social media platforms and campaign performance tracking
Present tailored solutions and handle end-to-end sales processes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project and campaign execution
Achieve defined revenue and marketing performance targets

GBH Media Production House is seeking a performance-driven professional for a dual role combining Business Development and Digital Marketing. This position focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and executing high-impact digital strategies to drive measurable growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development and digital marketing
Strong understanding of client acquisition, sales pipelines, and conversion strategies
Hands-on experience with SEO, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Confident, proactive, and results-oriented personality
Compensation
Competitive salary plus performance-based commission
