Roles & Responsibilities

o Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration. o MBA or professional sales/marketing certification is an advantage. • Experience: o 5–10 years in technical business development within construction/PM consultancy. o Demonstrated success winning projects and meeting bid targets. • Technical Skills: o Expertise in RFP analysis, bid strategy, and technical-commercial proposal development. o Proficiency in market intelligence tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

o High-impact presentation and negotiation skills. o Networking prowess at industry events and client workshops. o Analytical mindset to assess project feasibility and competitive landscape. • Preferred Assets: o Established GCC industry contacts; familiarity with Kuwait procurement. o Bilingual (Arabic/English); strong written communication for bid documents. o Participation in regional exhibitions and tender committees.
