Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil infrastructure design and project sector, focusing on strategic market penetration.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Lead the development and presentation of compelling technical and commercial proposals that align with client needs and company capabilities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business development strategies and identify emerging opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or project management within the civil infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing significant infrastructure design and construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, infrastructure design processes, and project lifecycle management.
