Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets to drive company growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and pipeline progress.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company s offerings.
  • Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve products, services, and business processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work full-time in an office-based setting.
