Roles & Responsibilities

Infotraff, an AI-focused subdivision of Barkotel, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of its AI solutions. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, deal negotiation, and presenting AI-driven value propositions to decision-makers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AI solutions within target markets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Present and demonstrate AI solutions to potential clients, highlighting value propositions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Barkotel s AI offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in technology or AI solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with remote or hybrid work environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
