Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive Corporate Sales is a key team member responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities within the corporate sector. This role involves a dynamic blend of sales prowess, strategic planning, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting persuasive pitches, closing high-value deals, and expanding the company's client base. Joining this team means being at the forefront of our sales strategy and directly impacting our revenue growth. The Business Development Executive is pivotal in enhancing the company s market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business partnerships and sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various research methods.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and meet client needs.
- Analyze market trends and gather insights to develop new sales solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective business development strategies.
- Monitor competitive activities and communicate relevant information to management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
- Regularly update CRM systems to track sales activities and client communications.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Provide feedback on changing market conditions and initiate adjustments to strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in corporate sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player in collaborative settings.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
