Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Sells using in depth technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying services to their needs resulting in revenue and profit.
- Works with Freight Team to address pricing issues and secure new contracts for customers as needed.
- Act as client s advocate during the development of solutions; working with operations and pricing groups to develop pricing and proposal, reviews proposals with clients and advises client during the decision-making process.
- Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in product portfolio, and stay up to date on technical developments
- Collaborate with team on details required to ensure most effective solutions to customers and our partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Logistics ,Management or Related Field
- 1-3 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ERP Skills
- Very good to Excellent command of English
