Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking, leading to sustainable growth.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and client onboarding.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximize profitability while meeting client needs and expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; relevant advanced degrees are a plus.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech or consulting sectors.

  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
