Roles & Responsibilities
.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the UAE market, focusing on IT solutions tailored for Emirati businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, including government entities and private sector companies.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of IT solutions.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and marketing, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote IT solutions and build brand awareness.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and measure performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the UAE business landscape, including cultural nuances and government regulations.
- Exhibits exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Possesses a valid UAE driving license and the ability to travel within the Emirates as required.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Emirati National is required, with a deep understanding of local culture and business practices.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Exhibits a strong network of contacts within the Emirati business community.
