Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:-
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in manpower supply across various sectors (construction, oil & gas, healthcare, logistics, hospitality, etc.).
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations (HR, procurement, operations).
Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close contracts.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders for manpower requirements.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research & Strategy:-
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and demand for blue/white collar workers.
Develop business growth strategies tailored to client industry needs and local labor law regulations.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and update CRM system accordingly.

Client Relationship Management:-
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals.
Coordinate with internal recruitment, operations, and mobilization teams to ensure timely delivery of manpower.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications :-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing , or related field.
Minimum 7 years of proven B2B sales experience in manpower supply or staffing industry (blue and white collar).
Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC labor laws, visa processes, and outsourcing models
