Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive experienced in LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, engage, and convert potential foreign clients seeking legal and business establishment services in Egypt.
The ideal candidate will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator strategically to build our international client network, establish relationships with decision-makers, and generate qualified leads aligned with our firm s practice areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify potential corporate clients, investors, and law firms abroad.
- Research target markets and build lead lists according to firm priorities (e.g., incorporation, acquisitions, immigration, or due-diligence services).
- Craft and send personalized LinkedIn messages, connection requests, and follow-ups to potential clients and partners.
- Coordinate with the Managing Partner to align outreach strategies with the firm s objectives.
- Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheets with client interactions and conversion progress.
- Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposal templates for international clients.
- Provide weekly reports on outreach progress, engagement rate, and pipeline growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
- Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital prospecting tools for international outreach.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Strong understanding of international legal services and the unique needs of global clients.
- Understanding of corporate services, immigration, or legal industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
