We are looking for an Ecosystem Architect a Business Development Executive who thrives on building massive, interconnected networks. In this role, you will lead our most critical growth initiatives, scaling our talent pool to unprecedented levels while securing high-value commercial partnerships with the region s leading employers.
The Mission
Your mandate is two-fold: dominate the talent market and expand our commercial footprint. You will bridge the gap between our high-tech AI capabilities and the human-centric world of professional networking, ensuring Imploy becomes the default career destination for every professional in Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Ecosystem Strategy (B2C Growth)
Partnership Architecture: Identify and secure deep-rooted alliances with major Egyptian Technical Syndicates, top-tier Universities, and specialized training centers to onboard verified, high-demand talent.
Influencer & Community Leadership: Build and curate a network of career influencers and industry thought leaders to drive organic, high-quality user acquisition through innovative digital growth loops.
Market Presence: Lead "Imploy Roadshows" and high-impact CV Clinics at premier job fairs, turning offline interactions into digital, AI-ranked profiles within our ecosystem.
2. Commercial Expansion (B2B Growth)
High-Value Prospecting: Utilize advanced tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to identify, engage, and convert key HR decision-makers and C-suite executives.
Consultative Selling: Position our Annual Professional and Unlimited tiers as essential infrastructure for high-growth firms in the Tech, Sales, and Manufacturing sectors.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic advisor to new employers, ensuring seamless onboarding and demonstrating the long-term ROI of our Smart Matching technology.
