Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities for passenger transport services. Conduct outbound business development activities (calls, visits, emails) to grow the client portfolio. Manage inbound leads and convert them into long-term business relationships. Prepare and present commercial proposals; negotiate terms and close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, facility managers, and procurement departments. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth trip execution and high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and sales reports. Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business expansion opportunities. Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations in transportation, logistics, tourism, rental services, or related sectors. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Fluent English (additional languages are a plus). Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. High motivation, goal-driven mindset, and ability to work under pressure. Customer-focused, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to build strong B2B relationships and represent the company professionally. Preferred Qualifications (Advantage): Experience in B2B passenger transport, fleet rental, or travel services. Knowledge of Dubai and UAE transportation routes and corporate mobility needs. Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
