Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities by proactively researching market trends, analysing potential client needs, and developing strategic plans to target key industries.
  • Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline by reaching out to prospective clients through networking, cold calling, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and sales pitches tailored to potential clients' needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, set targets, and work towards achieving company goals.
  • Participate in industry-related events, trade shows, and networking activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Environmental Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recycling or waste management industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and waste management processes is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Must be fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
