Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction market
  • Generating leads and enquiries by cold calling, market research and different social platforms.
  • Meeting clients and represent the firm in formal meetings
  • Experience in Façade Industry will be an added advantage.
  • Identify potential future projects
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids to potential clients
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align client needs with service offerings
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives

Qualification .

Bachelor or Master`s Degree in business administration or relevant discipline

Minimum 2 to 3 years proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in Construction Industry dealing with Client and Main consultant.

Driving license is an added advantage

Detail-oriented

Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills

Organized, goal focused, Target and result oriented

Time management and planning skills

Excellent communication skills

Valid UAE Driving License
