Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting • Make daily cold calls to potential clients across corporate, education, hospitality, retail, and real estate sectors • Identify new opportunities and qualify prospects through phone calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM updates and follow up reminders • Research companies and decision makers to understand their needs before outreach 2. Client Communication and Engagement • Present G4Tech products such as interactive displays, wireless presentation systems, LED screens, Mapsted indoor navigation, and Checko brand protection to potential clients • Ask the right questions to understand customer challenges and position the correct solution • Schedule product demos and coordinate with the technical and marketing teams • Maintain a positive and professional communication style during calls and meetings 3. Sales Conversion and Closing • Follow a clear sales process from first contact to deal closure • Send proposals, quotations, and product presentations to qualified leads • Handle basic objections and negotiate using company pricing guidelines • Support the senior sales team in closing high value accounts 4. Reporting and CRM Management • Record all calls, updates, client interactions, and status changes in the CRM • Prepare weekly activity reports and share progress with the sales manager • Track conversion performance and suggest improvements for better productivity 5. Learning and Product Knowledge • Learn G4Tech products and solutions in detail to become confident during calls • Attend internal training sessions for AV technology, software solutions, and client handling • Stay updated on market trends within the UAE and GCC region 6. Team Support and Collaboration • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and outreach • Work closely with senior sales members to learn advanced closing techniques • Support company growth targets by contributing fresh ideas and energy
Desired Candidate Profile
Education and Experience • Graduate degree in business, marketing, engineering, information technology, or any related field • Zero to two years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or telecalling • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply Skills and Competencies • Confident communicator with clear spoken English • Strong interest in sales and willingness to engage with new customers every day • Ability to handle cold calls with a positive attitude • Energetic, ambitious, and comfortable speaking to managers and decision makers • Good understanding of basic Microsoft Office tools and CRM usage • Quick learner with the ability to understand technology solutions • Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer needs • Good negotiation and persuasive ability Personal Attributes • Self motivated and target focused • Professional and presentable when meeting clients • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Eager to learn, grow, and build a long term career in sales • Team player with a respectful and friendly attitude
