Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.

  • Introduce company services and schedule appointments for the sales team and also schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • Generate qualified leads through telemarketing activities.

  • Maintain and update customer databases.

  • Follow up with prospects via phone and email.

  • Achieve daily call and lead generation targets.

  • Prepare lead generation reports and activity updates.

  • Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
