Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business development activities by preparing proposals, presentations, and credentials decks tailored to potential clients in the attractions and leisure sector.
  • Keep abreast of market developments and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and client prospects in the Middle East.
  • Manage tender portals and submission processes including document preparation, compliance tracking, and deadline management.
  • Oversee invoicing and related administrative processes to support timely and accurate client billing and internal reporting.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to build relationships and strengthen brand visibility within the attractions sector.
  • Prepare internal and external communications including newsletters, project updates, and briefing notes to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to promote the company s services, projects, and regional presence across digital, social, and industry channels under the guidance of the Marketing and Business Development Department.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years experience in marketing, business development, or administrative roles within the attractions, leisure, or related industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting dashboards).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience managing tender portals, proposal submissions, and supporting contract processes.
  • Familiarity with invoicing and financial administration in a project-based environment.
  • Confident interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to represent the company professionally at industry events.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
