Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Executive – Fit-Out & FF&E Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia About the Company: A growing fit-out and FF&E contracting company specializing in villas, offices, clinics, retail shops, and turnkey interior projects across Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: • Generate new leads and secure projects in fit-out, FF&E, interiors, and construction. • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, developers, and PMCs. • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and company profiles to clients. • Conduct site visits and arrange meetings with clients and architects. • Coordinate with the design, estimation, and projects teams to ensure smooth handover. • Negotiate contracts and close deals. • Maintain a monthly sales pipeline and achieve sales targets. • Represent the company in exhibitions and networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in Sales / BD in Fit-Out / Interior / FF&E / Construction in KSA. • Strong existing network in Riyadh market (consultants, clients, developers). • Excellent English & Arabic communication skills. • Valid Saudi driving license. • Ability to present proposals professionally and confidently.
