Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE)with a strong background in Recruitment / Placement Agency sales, focused on acquiring new clients from the Middle East / GCC market. The job is based in India.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling recruitment, staffing, executive search, bulk hiring, and HR solutions to companies across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
Work From Home / Hybrid / Field Sales Options available.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services in the GCC/ Middle East region
- Identify and engage with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and decision-makers
- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals for lead generation
- Present recruitment solutions including permanent hiring, executive search, bulk recruitment, blue-collar hiring, and HR consulting
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with international clients
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, and weekly/monthly performance reports
- Stay updated on GCC hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment demand
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in a Recruitment / Placement / Staffing Agency is compulsory
- Proven track record in business development or client acquisition for GCC / Middle East markets
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models
- Experience selling recruitment services to overseas clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and comfortable with incentive-based sales roles
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience handling UAE, Saudi Arabia, or GCC clients
- Existing client network in the Middle East is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently from India while managing international clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Education
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field
