Roles & Responsibilities

Advantageous Policy Negotiations: Serve as the core liaison between the company and installment partners, conducting negotiations on key policies such as installment interest rates, handling fee sharing, and repayment terms, while aligning with the business needs of physical stores and e-commerce channels.

  • Relationship Maintenance with Key Decision-Makers of Installment Companies
  • Problem Resolution for Physical Stores and E-Commerce
  • Respond to and address business-related issues; provide support and training for the business team.
  • Financial Issue Resolution: Assist in the docking and reconciliation of financial data; follow up on payment collections.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years or above

  • Relevant work experience is required, such as working at or collaborating with installment institutions like valu, sohula, halan, forsa, etc
  • Bachelor's degree or above
