Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth.

Analyze the tourism market by studying trends, competitors and customer need to identify growth opportunities.

Negotiant contracts and agreements by drafting and signing cooperation agreements that guarantee the best returns and services.

Manage customer relationships by maintaining strong relationships with business partners and ensuring their satisfaction.

Prepare detailed performance reports, track the effectiveness of tourism campaigns and business collaborations, and provide periodic insights to management for continuous improvement and growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in the tourism field.

Fluency in English and at least one other foreign language.
