Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, originate, and convert new PMO / PMC opportunities across KSA and GCC
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with government entities, developers, and major clients
Position Digital PMO and programme controls capabilities strategically within target accounts
Lead proposal strategy, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations
Support market shaping and early-stage opportunity positioning
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure technical alignment and credible solution offerings
Secure multi-million USD consultancy mandates
Desired Candidate Profile
10 15 years experience within GCC construction / infrastructure sector
- PMO
- PMC
- Programme Controls
- Infrastructure advisory
Strong project or programme management background (client-side or delivery-side PMO)
Demonstrated understanding of Digital PMO / PMIS systems
Executive-level client relationships in Saudi Arabia
Experience securing multi-million USD consultancy mandates
Fluent English (verbal & written)
