Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager Facilities Management will be responsible for driving the growth of facilities management contracts across the Kingdom. The role will focus on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across hard and soft FM services, while supporting the group s expansion into Riyadh and other key Saudi markets. This position requires a commercially focused BD professional with strong FM sector knowledge, client relationship skills, and the ability to structure competitive, profitable service solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business development strategy for facilities management services in line with the group s Saudi expansion plans.
Identify, pursue, and close new FM opportunities across corporate, governmental, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors.
Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, client meetings, tender submissions, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and technical teams to develop commercially sound and operationally feasible FM solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support revenue growth, retention, referrals, and long-term account development.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing models, and client requirements to strengthen the FM pipeline.
Achieve agreed sales, margin, pipeline, and conversion targets while maintaining accurate reporting and CRM discipline.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within facilities management or closely related service sectors.
Strong understanding of hard and soft FM services, SLAs, pricing models, contract structures, and service delivery requirements.
Proven track record of winning and managing medium-to-large FM contracts across corporate, government, hospitality, or commercial clients.
Familiarity with the Saudi market, including client expectations, procurement processes, and key growth sectors.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as required.
