Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our Fire & Rescue Services operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will combine sector expertise with strong commercial skills, a proven track record in securing contracts, and the ability to build lasting relationships with government and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Fire & Rescue Services sector across KSA.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, authorities, and stakeholders.

· Lead proposal development, presentations, and negotiations to secure long-term contracts.

· Collaborate with technical, operations, and support teams to ensure client requirements are met.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business strategy.

· Ensure compliance with Saudi procurement processes, Saudization requirements, and manpower planning strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Arabic-speaking (bilingual Arabic/English preferred).

· Proven experience in business development, sales, and commercial negotiations in the Fire & Rescue Services sector.

· Strong operational understanding of firefighting, rescue, and emergency response services.

· Established network in aviation, defense, oil & gas, and public safety sectors.

· Solid financial, commercial, and strategic sales acumen.

· Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

· High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
