Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Objective
We are seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth within the BFSI segment. The ideal candidate is a strategic "Hunter" with an extensive network in Egyptian and Regional banking institutions, capable of navigating complex sales cycles for enterprise-grade IT solutions, including Core Banking, Cloud Transformation, AI/Fraud Detection, and Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, insurance firms, and fintech companies in Egypt and the MENA region.
C-Suite Relationship Management: Establish and nurture deep-rooted relationships with CXOs (CIOs, CTOs, CEOs) and key decision-makers within the financial sector.
End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting and lead generation to high-level technical presentations, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
Consultative Selling: Translate complex IT technicalities into tangible business value for financial institutions (e.g., ROI on digital transformation, compliance risk mitigation, or operational efficiency).
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of BFSI trends, regulatory changes (CBE guidelines), and competitor moves to pivot our solutions effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 10+ years in IT Solution Sales, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to the BFSI segment.
Track Record: Proven history of closing multi-million dollar deals and consistently exceeding annual quotas.
Network: An active "Rolodex" of contacts within the Egyptian banking sector (NBE, CIB, Banque Misr, etc.).
Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of Core Banking Systems (CBS), FinTech integration, Cyber Security for finance, and Cloud Infrastructure.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, boardroom presence, and the ability to articulate complex concepts in both English and Arabic.
Education: Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business; an MBA is highly preferred.
