We are Hiring — Business Development Manager – Fit-Out & MEP

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Fit-Out & MEP to lead business growth, expand client relationships, and secure new project contracts in the UAE market. This is a strategic sales role requiring strong industry connections, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities in fit-out and MEP projects across the UAE market

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and stakeholders

  • Attend meetings and site visits to identify opportunities and assess project requirements

  • Follow up on RFQs and quotations to secure project contracts

  • Maintain the project pipeline and update CRM/sales tracking systems

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets set by management


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in fit-out and MEP business development in the UAE

  • Strong UAE market network with clients, consultants, and developers

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills

  • Ability to generate leads and close sales deals

  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
