We are Hiring — Business Development Manager – Fit-Out & MEP

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Fit-Out & MEP to lead business growth, expand client relationships, and secure new project contracts in the UAE market. This is a strategic sales role requiring strong industry connections, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving targets.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in fit-out and MEP projects across the UAE market
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and stakeholders
Attend meetings and site visits to identify opportunities and assess project requirements
Follow up on RFQs and quotations to secure project contracts
Maintain the project pipeline and update CRM/sales tracking systems
Achieve sales and revenue targets set by management
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in fit-out and MEP business development in the UAE
Strong UAE market network with clients, consultants, and developers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
Ability to generate leads and close sales deals
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
