Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and execute business development efforts and originate new client relationships
Identify high-value opportunities and convert them into engagements
Strengthening the firm`s market position across key sectors
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across corporate sectors
Drive proposals, pitches and client acquisition strategies
Maintain a strong pipeline and meet defined growth targets
Work closely with partners to support strategic expansion
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of proven business development experience within a law firm or similar professional services environment
Demonstrated ability to originate and close high-value clients
Strong network within Kuwait s corporate market
Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
