About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in IT staffing and services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in enterprise sales, a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive growth in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, data mining, and prospecting.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle from client acquisition to deal closure.
Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships at all levels.
Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Hoovers, Lusha, etc.) to manage pipelines and track sales activities.
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and networking to identify and connect with key decision-makers.
Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales/business development team.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (recruitment, delivery, and operations teams) to ensure client satisfaction.
Explore new markets, with a focus on international business development.
Keep updated on retail technology trends, IT staffing market dynamics, and sales methodologies.
Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in IT staffing or recruitment services. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas. Strong expertise in sales methodologies, CRM tools, and AI-driven prospecting tools (e.g., ChatGPT). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset. Experience leading and motivating sales teams. Familiarity with the retail technology landscape is an added advantage. Established professional network with 7K+ LinkedIn connections is a plus.
Having experience in handling middle eastern clients/worked with middle easterns.
