Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a key role in driving the company s growth and expanding the company s market presence within their assigned market region by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can execute strategic initiatives, cultivate strong client relationships, and build a sustainable pipeline of high-value clients. The BDM will be instrumental in expanding the company's market presence, ensuring consistent revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the organization .
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets and contribute to the company s strategic growth objectives .
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion .
- Implement the business development strategy by creating and executing tactical plans designed to achieve organizational goals .
- Build and maintain a robust development pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of new opportunities aligned with revenue targets .
- Identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base to maximize revenue .
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly .
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Compliance, to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Complete all required training programs and continuously enhance industry knowledge and skills .
- Provide regular, detailed updates to management on progress, pipeline status, client feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decisions .
Requirements:
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a similar role within the FX/CFD industry
- Proven ability to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and client feedback to drive business decisions
- Solid experience with MT4/MT5 platform and CRM software
- Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in written and spoken English, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and etiquette during client interactions
- Knowledge of forex trading and financial markets
- Demonstrated success in executing and managing business development strategies
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets
