Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new construction projects within the Egyptian market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consulting firms, and relevant authorities
- Actively engage with construction and building authorities to support project approvals and business development activities
- Lead tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation processes
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project teams to develop competitive and compliant solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming opportunities in Egypt
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory: 10+ Proven business development experience in the construction sector in Egypt
Key Requirement: Extensive experience working with consulting firms and construction/building authorities
Strong understanding of the Egyptian construction market, regulations, and approval processes
Established network of consultants, clients, developers, and decision-makers in Egypt
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
