Roles & Responsibilities

Joobran is a leading start up company in the bags industry, known for quality craftsmanship, innovative designs, and a commitment to excellence. We re on a mission to expand our market presence locally and internationally, and we re looking for a driven, strategic Business Development Manager to lead that growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow B2B and B2C sales channels.
  • Identify new market opportunities, locally and internationally (retailers, distributors, online platforms, etc.).
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, fashion retailers, and export partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position our brand effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align on customer needs and product innovation.
  • Manage and expand our presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and fashion fairs.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in fashion, accessories, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of online business models (e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, digital sales funnels).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
