Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Gulf Market construction and project management sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and areas for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal project management and engineering teams to align BD strategies with operational capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Represent Scope PM at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and report on key BD metrics, providing insights and progress updates to senior management.
  • Continuously seek feedback from clients to refine service offerings and strengthen client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, ( remotely ) or a related field within the construction or project management industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding business development targets.
  • Strong understanding of construction project management services and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience in preparing proposals, bids, and contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and business development tools.
