Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy: Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors. Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to create targeted business strategies. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, project managers, and end clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively. Serve as the key point of contact for customer communications pre- and post-sales.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and tenders in coordination with the design and estimation teams. Upsell and cross-sell value-added services such as modular furniture, turnkey interior fit-outs, MEP solutions, and customized design packages.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the design, project management, and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate regular performance reports and business forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 4–7 years of business development experience in the interior design/build industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong network within the real estate, architecture, or construction industries is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings and interior specifications.
