Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement robust sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify Opportunities: Research and map out new market segments, partnerships, and channels for expansion within the Egyptian market.
  • Manage the Full Sales Cycle: From lead generation and cold outreach to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless client onboarding process.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.
  • Provide Strategic Insight: Act as an associate advisor, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to refine our business development approach.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.


Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience (3+ years) in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within a B2B environment.

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (English proficiency is a must; Arabic is highly preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Local market knowledge of Cairo and the Egyptian business landscape is a strong advantage.
