Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Division: ATC Pro Training
Reports To: Head of Division
Location: Dokki - Giza
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager will lead a group of sales coordinators and liaise with digital marketing specialists and operation coordinators in ATC Pro Training Division. The division provides courses and international professional certificate preparation (e.g., CMA, FMAA, ADIT, DipIFR) in accounting, taxation, and financial management. This role combines classic business development responsibilities with operational and team leadership functions including planning, budgeting, digital marketing coordination, and direct supervision of the sales coordinators team.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth

- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to expand market reach and partnerships.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the division s goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine positioning.
- Expand B2B partnerships with corporations, universities, and institutions.
Sales Team Management
-
- Lead, manage, and support a team of sales coordinators.
- Set sales targets and KPIs; monitor and evaluate daily performance.
- Conduct regular training and motivation sessions to enhance team effectiveness.
- Maintain CRM system and ensure proper follow-up on leads and inquiries.
Planning & Budgeting

- Prepare annual business plans and revenue forecasts for the training division.
- Ensure adherence to course pricing and approval of discounts.
- Monitor actual vs. budget performance and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Coordinate with the instructors and ensure alignment with course plans and offerings
Course Capacity & Scheduling

- Ensure that course schedules align with instructor availability and facility capacity.
- Avoid overbooking or underutilization through proactive planning and coordination.
- Maintain updated dashboards and reports on registration status.
Marketing & Branding

- Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the budget, strategic objectives, and brand positioning.
- Track performance of campaigns (e.g., conversion rates, ad ROI) and adjust accordingly.
- Supervise content creation for social media, landing pages, and email newsletters.
Customer Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with potential and existing candidates, corporate clients, universities and institutions.
- Handle escalated inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a seamless candidate journey from inquiry to enrollment and after-service support.
Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field .
- Minimum 4 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in training/education services.
- Proven experience managing teams and sales operations.
- Strong budgeting, planning, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with international professional certifications (e.g., CMA, FMAA, CPA, ADIT, DipIFR) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
