Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand GoDo s market presence in Morocco and the MENA region.
- Identify and onboard new clients, IBs (Introducing Brokers), and affiliate partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design promotional activities and campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Business Development or Sales within the Forex / Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of online trading, financial products, and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a strong advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
