Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand GoDo s market presence in Morocco and the MENA region.
  • Identify and onboard new clients, IBs (Introducing Brokers), and affiliate partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Business Development or Sales within the Forex / Financial Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of online trading, financial products, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a strong advantage).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
