Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and increase revenue for boutique operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and leading sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the boutique’s market presence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.

  • Explore partnerships, collaborations, and new revenue streams.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals effectively.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Strategic & Operational Role:

  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with business development goals.

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in business development and sales (preferably in boutique, retail, or hospitality sectors).

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.

  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
