Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead International Business Development activities for Pharma Formulations across the LATAM region. 2. Promote and expand market presence for company products, with a focus on achieving maximum market share. 3. Identify, register, and launch new products while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in LATAM countries. 4. Handle imports, logistics, distribution, and payment collections from dealers, distributors, and partners. 5. Develop business across new geographies in LATAM by strategically shortlisting products, identifying business partners, and implementing effective business models. 6. Train and guide field force and business partners to ensure high-quality representation of products in the market. 7. Work in the field with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) for product promotion, market research, and brand positioning. Identify and capitalize on tender opportunities within assigned territories. 8. Continuously analyze and add new products to strengthen the company’s LATAM portfolio. 9. Collaborate with medical, sales, and marketing teams to support product launches and training initiatives.
